AKRON, Ohio -- The Ohio men's golf team is tied for 11th place with William & Mary with a combined team total of 597 (+21) through two rounds of the Firestone Invitational, which were contested today at the Firestone Country Club North Course. The Bobcats improved upon a first-round 300 (+12) with a second-round 297 (+9).

South Carolina Aiken is in first place with a combined team total of 566 (-10) after tallying round scores of 285 (-3) and 281 (-7). Akron junior Fabian Sunden and Old Dominion junior Gustav Fransson are currently tied for first on the individual leaderboard with matching two-round totals of 138 (-6).

Junior Austin Dyson (Dublin, Ohio) is pacing the Bobcats through two rounds, sitting in a tie for 12th place with a 144 (E) after carding rounds of 74 (+2) and 70 (-2).

Junior Zach Mandry (Solon, Ohio) shot rounds of 74 (+2) and 75 (+3), putting him in a tie for 46th with a two-round total of 149 (+5).

Freshman Felipe Darquea (Quito, Ecuador) and redshirt junior Adam Stephens (Dublin, Ohio) are tied 57th with matching scores of 152 (+8) as both shot two rounds of 76 (+4).

Junior Zach Crawford (Vandalia, Ohio) is tied for 74th with a 157 (+13) after tallying round scores of 78 (+6) and 79 (+7).

The third and final round of the Firestone Invitational is scheduled to take place on Tuesday (Oct. 1), with round three tee times beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET from the No. 1 and No. 10 tees.
